Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
The buyer is entitled to an exchange of equal value for items that are damaged or defective when communicated within 7 total days of receiving the goods. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at jade@Ladiesofparadise.com. We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase. *Ladies of Paradise will only accept returns and refunds on goods transacted within this agreement. Ladies of Paradise will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store, online or with a reseller.**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee.
Email us at jade@Ladiesofparadise.com to let us know that you will be returning your product within the 7-day time limit and to request the return shipping address.
Please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back to us. For items over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items. Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund.
